It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I share the sad news that Aram Arakelian, Founder of Environmental Contracting, unexpectedly passed away Monday evening, November 27, 2017.
As Founder of ECC, Aram was a giant in our industry, a champion of great design and innovator in building processes. Aram was also the most caring and compassionate person I know, generously giving back to our community at every opportunity.
Not only an excellent contractor and entrepreneur, Aram was also a mentor and father figure to many. He always wanted his ECC family to strive for excellence in everything and serve our industry with honesty, integrity and to the best of our abilities.
Aram’s approach to building revolutionized our industry, however it is his honest character and strong commitment to his clients, business associates, and employees that set him apart. Above all, he genuinely cared about people and his family.
